Certifications and standards that protect your project.
We work only with professionals qualified under the main international welding standards.

ISO 9606
Qualification of welders for fusion welding of steels.

ISO 9606-5
Qualification of welders for titanium and titanium alloys.

ISO 14732
Qualification of mechanized and automated welding operators.

AWS
Qualification under American Welding Society for structural procedures.
How we validate every professional before the project
Presenting a certificate is not enough. Before a welder joins our pool and heads to a site, they go through a four-stage validation process.
Document verification
We confirm the ISO 9606 certificate is valid for the process, position and material — and within its revalidation window (typically every 6 months to keep the qualification current).
Practical test
When the project requires it, the welder produces a test coupon to the applicable WPS, with destructive testing, radiography or dye penetrant.
Cross-validation
We check the certifying body, certificate number and traceability. We distrust documents with no verifiable code or number.
Dossier preparation
Before arrival on site we deliver the full document pack, ready for the first day of inspection.
European standards we apply
We work to the framework a Spanish inspector or insurer asks for on site.
- ISO 9606-1 / -5
- Welder qualification for fusion welding of steels (part 1) and of titanium and its alloys (part 5).
- ISO 14732
- Qualification of mechanized and automated welding operators.
- EN ISO 15614
- Welding procedure qualification (WPQR/PQR) by testing.
- EN ISO 3834
- Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.
- AWS D1.1 / ASME IX
- Reference codes for structure and pressure vessels on projects that require them.
- ISO 9712
- Qualification of non-destructive testing personnel (Level 1 or 2 inspector).
Worker legal compliance
- Social Security registration and a contract compliant with Spanish labour law.
- A1 portable document (EC Regulation 883/2004) for intra-EU posting where applicable.
- Coordination of business activities (CAE) and occupational risk prevention (PRL) per sector.
- Paperwork in order that protects the client from subsidiary liability.
What we hand to the client
The traceable dossier is what separates an approved weld from a rejected batch. We deliver it in full, before mobilizing:
- WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) applicable to each joint.
- PQR / WPQR qualifying the procedure (EN ISO 15614 / ASME IX).
- Each welder's valid ISO 9606 certificate, by process, position and material.
- Photographic report and per-joint traceability record when the project requires it.
